What a Phoenix HOA Management Company Is
Posted By Lauren Ryan on November 30, 2011
A Phoenix HOA management company is a company who manages and makes the decisions regarding the maintenance and upkeep of a community of homes, townhomes, or condos. HOA (homeowner’s association) fees are paid monthly, quarterly, or yearly into the HOA fund. Phoenix HOA management companies are generally contracted out to a company who specializes in the management of other people’s properties. They paid for with the HOA fees, which also are used to handle the community as well. HOA fees will cover things like the upkeep on the outside of the building and common areas, plantings for the landscape, seasonal decorations, and anything else the community’s people have decided they want to pay for but be handled by someone else.
The Phoenix HOA management company will then handle the funds and oversee that are repairs and additions are made by them or through subcontractors they hire. If a Phoenix HOA management business lets the community know enough money is not coming in to cover all expenses or a large expense is upcoming, the community can vote to raise the HOA fees in order to cover costs. Most communities put this option to vote once a year.
